Wild Kids & Co – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Wild Kids & Co. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, products, and website. By booking a session or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Baby & Toddler Sensory Indoor Classes

Our Services

Wild Kids & Co offers term-based indoor Baby and Toddler Sensory classes designed for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years.
Each term runs over 9 weeks, and your booking secures a place in all 9 weekly sessions.

Our sensory classes are thoughtfully designed to support early development through gentle, age-appropriate sensory play using:

  • Scarves, textured fabrics, and ribbons

  • Musical instruments (e.g. maracas, bells, shakers)

  • Sensory props like light projectors, bubbles, and parachutes

  • Visual and auditory stimulation

  • Gentle movement and rhythm-based group activities

All sessions are non-messy and do not include food-based materials.

Booking & Attendance Policy

  • When you purchase a term pass, you are committing to attend the full 9-week program.

  • Your booking reserves your child’s place in the same weekly class for the entire term.

  • No refunds or credits are issued for missed sessions.

  • If your child is unwell or you cannot attend a class, we will do our best to fit you into another session within the same week (subject to availability).

  • Makeup sessions are not guaranteed and cannot be transferred to future terms.

This structure ensures consistency for the children and helps us manage class sizes, planning, and resources effectively.

Parental Supervision, Safety & Hygiene

Parental or guardian supervision is required at all times. Wild Kids & Co takes great care to source safe, age-appropriate toys and materials; however:

  • Some props may include small parts that could pose a choking risk if misused.

  • All materials are intended for supervised, interactive use only.

  • It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure their child engages safely with all provided materials.

  • We recommend bringing a muslin wrap or blanket for your baby’s comfort during floor-based activities.

Hygiene Policy

To maintain a clean and safe play environment:

  • All adults and children must wear socks while inside the play space. Bare feet are not permitted.

  • No outside food is to be brought into the play space (this includes snacks and drinks for children) due to hygiene and allergy safety.

  • Water bottles for adults and children are permitted and of course baby bottles.

Health, Allergies & Medical Conditions

Allergies

Food-based materials are not used in our Baby Sensory classes, but we ask that you inform us of any allergies or medical conditions before your session.
To ensure the safety of all children, no food is to be brought into our indoor play space due to allergy risks.

Medical Conditions

Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions that may require support during the session.
Please ensure any required medication (e.g. EpiPen) is brought with you.
Wild Kids & Co is not responsible for managing medical emergencies but will assist as needed until emergency services arrive.

Participation & Liability

Participation in all classes is voluntary. Parents/guardians are responsible for deciding whether the activities are suitable for their child.
By participating, you acknowledge the potential risks associated with group play and the use of physical props and toys.
Wild Kids & Co is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during our classes, nor for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
